Returns
You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, email info@naturalbeauty1.com. If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions, including the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Personal care goods, including beauty products, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Other non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. Contact info@naturalbeauty1.com before requesting a return if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact info@naturalbeauty1.com immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The change-of-mind exclusions above do not prevent you from reporting these issues.
Exchanges
For eligible items, the fastest way to exchange is to request an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days without a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Eligible returned items must be unused, in their original packaging with any tags, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
